Whether you are new to Taunton, just visiting, or new to church and want to explore Christianity for the first time, you are welcome at Taunton Baptist Church (TBC). Our ‘I’m new‘ page will help answer further questions you may have.  

We believe that Jesus was with God in the beginning when Light was created (Genesis 1:3) and Jesus is the source of all light and life (John 1:1-5).

As part of the worldwide church, we at TBC are called to be light to the world (Matthew 5:14-16) sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, ‘the Light of the world’ (John 8:12).

What’s on

We’re a Christian church. So we gather together every Sunday to worship God, support each other, learn from the Bible, and help people on their journey of faith.  But there’s much more to Church Life with lots of activities and groups throughout the week for children, families and adults.
