Taunton Baptist Church is conveniently situated in central Taunton with good wheelchair access and accessible toilet facilities and its own car park. Several rooms are available to hire – details below:

Large Hall

Large open space on the ground floor approx. 16m x 10m with stacking chairs and folding tables available.

Current rate: £30 per hour

Also access via a serving hatch to a fully fitted commercial kitchen with ovens, warming cupboard, dishwasher.

Current rate: £10 per hour

Albemarle Room

Ground floor meeting room approx. 11m x 7m with PA and data projection facilities, electronic organ, piano, comfortable chairs and folding tables. Includes serving hatch to small kitchen (see below)

Current rate: £20 per hour, plus £30 per booking for use of PA/data projector

Small Kitchen

Facilities to make and serve tea/coffee with serving hatches to either the Albemarle Room or the Trull/Corfe Room.

Trull/Corfe Room

Ground floor meeting room approx. 10m x 8m with flat screen TV, A/V facilities, stacking chairs and folding tables. Can be divided with folding doors. Includes serving hatch to small kitchen (see above).

Current rate: £20 per hour

Youth Rooms

Informal upstairs space (a lift is available) – three interconnected rooms: lounge area (approx. 7m x 4m) with kitchenette and TV and A/V facilities; snooker room (approx. 5m x 3m); games room (approx. 16m x 8m) with PA and data projection facilities.

Current rate: £20 per hour per room

The Sanctuary

A large flexible space with comfortable seating for 100. A raised area at the back of the room, a platform at the front and a balcony with additional seating for 60 on three sides. Data projection, sound and stage lighting available on request.

Current rate: £50 per hour, plus £50 per booking for use of PA/data projector/stage lighting. There may be additional caretaking charges depending on requirements.
