Our Objectives
本教會的宗旨是向英國西南部附近地區的華人傳揚基督教信仰和教導耶稣基督的福音，這福音是如在聖經記載的。
SCCC’s objectives are to promote the advancement of the Christian faith and to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ as set forth in the holy scripture, primarily but not exclusively to the Chinese community in Somerset and the surrounding area.

Our Faith
我們相信聖經是神所默示的，是一切信仰和行為上的最高權威。
We believe in the divine inspiration and infallibility of the Holy Scriptures as originally given, and its supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
我們相信聖父、聖子、聖靈是三位一體的獨一真神
We believe in the unity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in the Godhead.
我們相信神在創造、啟示、救贖與最後審判上掌握絕對主權。
We believe in the Sovereignty of God in creation, revelation, redemption and final judgement.
我們相信人自堕落後，罪與罪咎亦普遍的存在人性中，置人於神的震怒下，被神定罪。
We believe in the dignity of man created in the image of God, and the universal sinfulness and guilt of human nature since the Fall, rendering man subject to God’s wrath and condemnation.
我們相信耶穌基督是從聖靈感孕，由童貞女馬利亞所生，是完全的神，也是完全的人，但全無罪污；並死在十字架上，復活升天，在天上掌權。
We believe in the full deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Son of God; His virgin birth and His real and sinless humanity; His death on the cross, His bodily resurrection and His present reign in heaven.
我們相信只有透過耶穌基督為世人贖罪，成為人神之間的中保，藉主耶穌代替罪人而死，罪才得以赦免，世人得以稱義及戰勝罪的權勢。
We believe in redemption from the guilt, penalty and power of sin, only through the sacrificial death of our representative and substitute, Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man.

We believe in the necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit in regeneration, making the death of Jesus Christ effective to the individual sinner and granting repentance towards God and faith in Jesus Christ.
